Notes:
Transferred to DH3K 2/19. Final BRIX 6.9, so estimated FG 1.0115 and 5.9% ABV. Light copper color. Good maltiness. Just a little nutty with some stone fruit or grape notes.

Notes:
Brewed 1/26. BRIX 14.8, OG 1.060 with 5 gal yield. Dark malt was steeped in a portion of sparge water at 110* for 30 min, then poured in w/sparge water.
