Transferred into DH3K on 8 oz hops 3/13. Final BRIX 7.7, calculated FG of 1.013, and estimated 6.1% ABV.

Notes:
Brewed 3/5. Added 2g gypsum, 4g epsom, 4g table salt, 15g CaCl, and 10g baking soda to reach 121.2 Ca2, 10.5 Mg, 114.7 Na, 257.0 Cl, 71.2 SO4, and 90.662 HCO. 5.32 ml of Lactic to reach 5.3 pH. 5.3 gal yield at OG 1.064, BRIX 15.6.
