Mashed with 4 gals and mashed out with about .75 gals. Second sparge volume added was about 4 gallons rather than 4.72, to compensate for mashout increase. First sparge sweet wort OG 1.074 yielding 3 gallons. 1.032 at start is batch sparge. I could have sparge about 6.75 gals but stopped at 6.5. Preboil Gravity at 1.055.Primary and secondary done at 65f. Much slower fermentation. Still popping on day 9. Dry hopped 1.5 OZ on 1-25. Started Cold crash on 1-28 step dropping to 35f.
