Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains at 150F for 30 minutes in 3 Gal
2.
Remove grains and bring wort to boil
3.
Remove from heat and stir in LME and DME
4.
Bring to boil and add Denali hops. Follow hop schedule
5.
Chill to 68F-70F after 60 min boil
6.
Pitch yeast starter and ferment 7-14 days
7.
Add dry hops after fermentation for 7 days
