Hi all. Brand new to all grain and am keen to have a go at a brew tomorrow. Listed in this recipe are the only ingredients I have in stock so I thought I'd have a go at my first brew using what I have. Can anyone offer some advice on whether this recipe will come out ok? Can adjust grain and hops amounts but can't substitute these as yet. a bit unsure of hops schedule to be honest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
