Bring grains up to 155F and hold/steep for 30min

Drain and rinse with 170F water
3.
Bring volumes together and increase heat to boil
4.
Boil for 60 adding hops according to hop bill
5.
Cool to 65F, Pitch yeast, install blow off (air-lock)
