did a half quart sparge at 168F over grains while straining.Had two different SG readings:1.062,1.058. First was taken at end of boil, second was taken after cooling and cold break from top of wort. Go with 1.060 as OG1/3;1/4 slowly increased temp to 70F. Krausen mostly dropped, increased temps caused airlock activity to pick up1/7 dry hopped1/11 added gelatin 1/13 kegged 7.1 Bx 1.011 hydrometer at 60F. 6.3?v

Pre boil gravity 1.051Topped off with about half bottle of water, since gravity was higher than expected, Had 3.25 G in fermenter before adding water 11/13 dry hopped, thin layer of kruasen, pond scum, on top still. 11/15 place on porch overnight to cold crash at ~50 degrees 11/16 8bx, calculated to 1.015fg. Kegged and purged O2. Set to 30psi @1pm11/17 sampled. Tasted good. Not quite carbonated fully, about 75%. Reduced to 10psiABV 6.3%
