Special Instructions
1.Steep grains in 4L water @71C for 20 minutes. Remove grains and sparge with 2 L of hot water.
2.Fill the kettle up to 19 liters and heat up to boil. Remove from heat and stir in DME and LME until dissolved.
3.Return the wort to boil and follow hop schedule, after 60 minutes cool the wort to 82 and add the flame out hops and left for 30 minutes
4.Ferment @ 20C, on day 4 transfer the beer to a secondary add dryhops
5.Water adjustments: 100:50ppm so4:cl2
