I'd add some more Amarillo or another low to mid AA rated hop to dry hop for a few weeks and kick up the aroma.

Nice! I'd also recommend doing a yeast starter using some Wheat DME which will help with head retention...you can't specify that on the Recipe though. There is a place for it in the Brew Session.
