1st 1.085 3.4 gallons collected; 2nd runnings 1.035 5.2 gals collected; 1.025 3rd 6 gallons. 1.020 final with 8.5 gallons.mostly dried (homegrown) cascade hops picked within a month of use. added about an ounce of fresh hops at 20 minutes too.didn't have time for starter, just dumped a jar of unwashed US05 yeast from 9/8 (third use) into fermenter at about 11 pm Saturday night.Fermentation began Monday morning. on two separate occasions during fermentation (day 4 and 10) i noticed the airlock ...
