Special Instructions
1.recirculate mash water into cup until clear
2.slowly drip the mash into boil pot at first, start sparging before water is below grain
3.need 7 gal boil water (add enough sparge to reach this)
4.once boiling, boil for 90 mins
5.ferment for 2 weeks (falls clearish)
6.add 4oz of corn sugar to 2 cups of water and add to secondary fermenter with contents of carboy
