Special Instructions

1.
recirculate mash water into cup until clear
2.
slowly drip the mash into boil pot at first, start sparging before water is below grain
3.
need 7 gal boil water (add enough sparge to reach this)
4.
once boiling, boil for 90 mins
5.
ferment for 2 weeks (falls clearish)
6.
add 4oz of corn sugar to 2 cups of water and add to secondary fermenter with contents of carboy
7.
carbonate in bottles for 2 weeks
