Special Instructions

Mash grains and 1oz Mosaic at 152F for 30 minutes.

Sparge with 4 gallons at 168F
3.
Add 1 pinch Irish Moss at 15 mins before end of Boil
4.
Whirl pool Hops
5.
Ferment at 68F for 10 days, then dry hop 10 days
6.
Rack to secondary and age for 3 weeks
