First runnings are 1.042. I was able to get a bit more runoff than I anticipated so I'm boiling without the lid on.Pitched 300mL of yeast slurry. Stall lasted for 6 hours.8/10 - all fermentation activity has stopped. I will let this set for a few weeks until I can save up enough bottles for packaging.
