Original recipe thanks to James Spencer http://beerandwinejournal.com/rye-wit-session-beer/ BIAB configuration Total Water Needed 30.70 Liters Strike Water Temp 67 Celsius Total Mash Volume 32.03 Liters PreBoil Wort 29.95 Liters PostBoil Wort 23.95 Liters Into Fermenter 23.00 Liters Water additions: 5 gr Gypsum 10 gr CaCl2 5 gr Epsom salt ACTUALS Pre-boil, 30 liters and 3.2 brix .. a bit lower than I wanted. I'll give the beer a good 2 hour boil instead to reduce the wort to proper volume and higher brix Post-boil, ~22 liters and 5 brix. On target (for the brix - efficiency was lower than I expected)
