Total Water Needed 30.70 Liters
Strike Water Temp 67 Celsius
Total Mash Volume 32.03 Liters
PreBoil Wort 29.95 Liters
PostBoil Wort 23.95 Liters
Into Fermenter 23.00 Liters
Water additions:
5 gr Gypsum
10 gr CaCl2
5 gr Epsom salt
ACTUALS
Pre-boil, 30 liters and 3.2 brix .. a bit lower than I wanted. I'll give the beer a good 2 hour boil instead to reduce the wort to proper volume and higher brix
Post-boil, ~22 liters and 5 brix. On target (for the brix - efficiency was lower than I expected)
