Did this session at Kasey's house. It was 82 degrees out and sunny. Brewgr had cert issues at the time. Hence, me taking these notes after the fact.Had good mash for the most part. Overshot the strike water temp. Targeted 164 degrees and heated the water to 170. Let it sit to cool a bit to cool.
