Heat strike h20 to 176F

Mash 60 min. @ 153F
4.
During mash-heat sparge h20 to 175F
5.
Mash Out-Raise Mash to 170F (10 minutes)
6.
Run off back and forth from vessel to mash lauter tun until clear
7.
Disperse sparge water over top of mash lauter tun (45 minutes or until 6.5 gallons wort)
8.
Looking for boil gravity of 1.047
9.
Boil wort/pitch yeast
