Special Instructions

1.
cook sugar, peaches and nectarines in a 5 gallon pot with 3 gallons of water not exceeding 160F temp
2.
boil hops in water for 30min, strain and add to primary
3.
strain liquid into fermentation vessel, mix in honey and add water to bring liquid to 70F
4.
pitch yeast and ferment at 70F til complete, add a clearing agent, let sit a few days and keg carbing to 3 volumes
