Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash at 67C for 60 minutes
2.
Add 54 gr Citra hops at 60 minutes
3.
Add whirlfloc at 15 minutes
4.
Add 150 gr of Honey at 15 minutes
5.
Cool down wort to 18C and pitch yeast
6.
Ferment at 18C for 3 weeks for a more citrusy character to develop (as of yeast)
7.
Bottle and enjoy!
