Super juicy beer with a big coconut punch up front followed by a wave of tropical hops. All late addition hops means this beer has close to zero bitterness. The flaked oats add a very nice creaminess. This beer scored 2nd place out of 38 entries at a homebrew competition in 2017.

Special Instructions

1.
Make a 1L yeast starter
2.
Add flame-out hops after wort has cooled to 160F. Let rest for 10 mins.
3.
Cold crash and add gelatin finings 48 hours before kegging/bottling.
