Special Instructions

1.
Bring 1.25 gallons of water to 170 F. Steep grains in 2 bags for 30-40 mins, keeping temp around 160F.
2.
Add 4 gallons to boil kettle, bring up to 170F, add steeped grains and LME.
3.
Add Irish Moss, Gypsum, and Yeast Nutrient at 15 mins.
4.
At flamout, let stand for 20 mins before chilling to 70F.
5.
Add yeast, ferment at 66F /- 1F.
