Going out on a limb with this recipe, Im doing a Rye IPA, using flaked wheat and Lactose to give me lots of mouthfeel, and a hazy appearance. In essence, I'm doing a somewhat NEIPA, with Lactose. I will try and leave some notes on how it turns out.
