Target is Boone Valley Halligan Porter. Website says IBU = 35. I have no clone to go by. Only my memory of the taste. Chocolate forward, nice roasted barley black malt ending. THIS BEER IS A WINNER. VERY GOOD BALANCED PORTER. Very close to Halligan Porter.

Special Instructions

Boil for 1 hour adding hops according to the regimen above
2.
Wort chiller into boil at 10 minutes; chill to 68F, aerate, pitch yeast
3.
Ferment 63-68F for 1 week or until head breaks
4.
Rack to secondary 63-68F for 3-4 weeks
5.
Prime with 0.8 oz corn sugar/gal, bottle and allow to carbonate at 70F for weeks
