Notes:

Dissappointed with how this turned out. Smells amazing, tastes good however the colour is kind of brown and i think i messed up the carbonation. I put it into my cold room after bottling and its didnt carbonate i think because it was too cold for the yeast to do their job. its out the cold not and waiting another week for it to carbonate up. we will see how it goes.
