Mash all grains for 60 min. at 155 degrees

Sparge at 170
3.
75 min boil with hop regimen
4.
Primary ferment at 65-68 with the Abbey Ale Yeast for 10 days
5.
Rack to barrel. Add Brett and age for 10 weeks
6.
Add Lacto culture after 10 weeks and age for 6-8 months. (Or longer)
