Notes:
We definitely didn't get the hop characteristics with 12 oz of citra. It had a light aroma of hops after the pour, with a decent body. It had a fruity aroma along with the slight hops. Taste was a mango-ish, pineapple-ish, fruitiness.
Overall I'd give this between a 3.75 and 4.00.
We reused the Omega DIPA yeast from harvest of our last IPA batch.
