Special Instructions
1.1 gallons of apple cider heated to dissolve , 3 oz honey, stir in 2 lbs brown sugar
2.1/2 Gallon Apple Cider simmer with Spices
3.3 1/2 gallon Apple juice to primary and combine and aerate well
4.Pitch yeast and let sit until it bubbles about 1-2 times in a minute.
5.Transfer to secondary and add 2 cinnamon sticks, after about 2 weeks to a mounth should be ready to bottle. Can serve hot, or cold. Can bottle with honey to bottle condition, or the typical way.
