2.Strike water 16l, target mash temp 65º C
3.Sparge with 16l @77º C
4.Cool wort to 80º C and add flame out hops and let stand for 30 minutes.
5.Ferment 20º C
6.Day 3 add first half of dry hops to primary for 4 days
7.Rack to secondary and dry hop with remaining hops.
8.You can substitute Citra dry hopping for Mosaic, Galaxy or El Dorado
