Special Instructions

Strike water 16l, target mash temp 65º C

Sparge with 16l @77º C

Cool wort to 80º C and add flame out hops and let stand for 30 minutes.

Ferment 20º C
6.
Day 3 add first half of dry hops to primary for 4 days
7.
Rack to secondary and dry hop with remaining hops.
8.
You can substitute Citra dry hopping for Mosaic, Galaxy or El Dorado
