Brewed Saturday night. Used 2 lbs of pilsner I had leftover with 4 lbs of 2 row. Kolsch yeast is all I had1.090 first runnings.1.042 second runnings.3rd 1.020.Double batch sparged.no yeast starter. monday morning, still not fermenting.
