Hit 148F/64.4C and mash for 30 minutes 1.5qt/lb thickness

April 2nd 10:00am 1.010, tasting great.

April 5th 7:30am 5 days of dry hopping at 20C, into FC at -1C

April 9th Bottled 19.5L/5.15 Gallons at 72F/5.10oz dextrose/2.65 volumes
