forgot to put bazooka into boil kettle. left more trub in kettle than usual to avoid slurry moving to fermenter.pitched yeast without starter after cooling Friday night. no action 56 hours later, so pitched second yeast jar (washed twice, 1-1-17) monday AM. fermentation was started within 12 hours of second yeast addition on 1-9. Fermentation pretty much complete 1-19. leaving in primary to clean up for a couple weeks at basement temps (low to mid 60s).moved to garage in Feb for carboy ...
