Special Instructions

1.
Normal mash and sparge. Short boil, add Lactic acid to reach pH 4.5.
2.
Lower temperature to 35 C and add 10 capsules of Lactobacillius Plantarum
3.
Purge kettle with CO2 and make it air tight.
4.
Within 36 - 48 hrs you should reach pH 3.5.
5.
Boil and add hops. Cool and pitch 150 billion cells with oxygen. Ferment for 14 days.
