ph strips read well below desired ph, did not add any salt or acid, grain absorption actual was 0.18, first runnings was 2 gal exactly, boil off was more than usual, ended boil with less than 5 gallons, slightly less than 4 gal in fermenter. added 1 oz Citra after 7 days in primary.
