Prepared yeast starter 3 days prior to brewing. Activity in starter had died down and was starting to clear on brew day. Prior to pitching yeast, ran oxygen stone from canister in wort for 45 seconds. Began fermenting at 69F in FastFerment 7.9gl conical fermenter. Activity started within 6-8 hrs. Slow fermentation until day 2, then krausen started bubbling up into the airlock.
