Special Instructions

Ferment between 7-10days depending on how sweet/dry you prefer

Once fermented, add brewing sugar (20-35g per gallon) and bottle carbonate for 5 days

Can add fresh mint to the glass when pouring.

Depending on the taste xylitol can be added which isn't fermentable, to add sweetness
