Very well received by Reid, Chris, Chris, and Dad. Sometimes I think a touch less chocolate and roast (couple less ounces of Chocolate and Black malt) and sometimes i think its perfect. Would like to try a version with a little more fruit hops and touch more Crystal.

Tommy, Bobby, and Jimmy all enjoyed at Christmas. 6 weeks after brewing, I thought it tasted wonderful. Right amount of toasty and chocolate.

Read that Stone Black IPA Dry hops with Nelson. May try with Simcoe and Chinook in the boil/whirlpool.

Possibly Citra as sub for Chinook and/ or Simcoe.

Brewed with Citra in November. One of my favorites yet. Reid said he could drink all winter. Really enjoyed and will brew every winter with American Strong Ale.
