Reduced the grain bill across the board by 20-25% to bring the target OG from the base malts into the 1.050 range at 75% efficiency as suggested in the article... otherwise we wind up with an OG of 1.082 (7.7% ABV) as opposed to 1.065 (6.1% ABV)...
Substituted Crystal, First Gold, and Spalt Select hops for the original East Kent Goldings and Styrian Goldings as that's what I have on hand.
