1.Follow hop schedule during 60 minute boil
2.Primary fermentation for 2 weeks
3.Secondary for 2 weeks
4.Cut vanilla beans into 1 inch pieces
5.Soak vanilla bean pieces and oak chips in bourbon of your choice for 2 days
6.Add to secondary at the end of 2 weeks and let remain in secondary for additional 2 weeks.
7.Keg or bottle at end of second secondary following proper procedure
