Special Instructions

1.
Hop additions to boil: "continuous", in this case, mix all 5 ounces together and add 0.5 ounces every 10 minutes of boil.
2.
Utilize a healthy yeast culture (around 300 billion cells).
3.
Add Irish Moss 15min before flame out
4.
Start fermentation at 71F (22C). Raise to 74F (23).
5.
Dry Hop in secondary at 71F for 3-5. Then cool to 32F (0C)
