Overnight mash. Transferred to secondary after 8 days. Dry hopped with three days to go until bottling. After bottling the clearing has taken a lot longer than either gelatine or straight conditioning. As this is the first time I've used clarity Ferm I think I might stick to gelatine for fining from now on! The beer smells very fruity after the Chinook dry hopping and I will definitely use these hops for dry hopping again. Tastes great and smells fantastic although the aroma has dissipated with time leaving a citrus flavoured, light bitter sweet beer.
