Put half gallon of warm water in primary and then add Bentonite
2.
Add Juices, Puree, and first set of crushed pineapple
3.
Add strong sugar water to get 6 gallons and a SG of 1.120

Let rest for 15 hours

Add Pectic Enzyme

Let rest for 24 hours
7.
Add Yeast Nutrient
8.
Pitch Yeast
9.
In 1 month rack over second batch of crushed pineapple
10.
In 1 month rack to new carboy to see if more clearing is needed.
11.
If clear backsweeten if need and bottle
12.
Age atleast 5 month
