Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 155F
2.
Run off to boil kettle sparge with 168F water to 8.5 gal
3.
Add pilgrim hops and syrups boil 1 hr
4.
At 1 hr reduce temp to 195F add El Dorado, Equinox & Azacca boil hops
5.
Let steep 30 min
6.
Just before yeast pitch do first dry hop 10gr of each hop(excluding pilgrim )
7.
Another dry hop of 10 gr of each at 50% fermentation
8.
Another dry hop of 10 gr of each at 75% fermentation
9.
Another dry hop of 10 gr of each just before cold crash than bottle or keg
10.
Note* each dry hop =30 gr (10gr El Dorado,10gr Equinox & 10 gr Azacca )
11.
Note* actually ends up somewhere in the 35 IBU area
