Heat 2.5 Gallons to 170F

Mash Grains in 2.5 Gallons @150-160F for 15 Minutes
3.
Add 2 gallons Water
4.
Bring Wort to boil
5.
Turn off heat add LME- Return to Boil
6.
Add Willamette Bittering Hop
7.
Add 1oz Amarillo Flavor Hop ar 45 Minutes
8.
Insert Wort Chiller At 45
9.
Chill to bellow 80F
10.
Top Off in Fermenter to 5 Gallons
11.
Record OG
12.
Arate and add yeast
13.
Ferment at 70-75F for 3-4 Weeks
14.
Prepair Priming Sugar and Bottle
15.
Condition 14 Days
