Going back to 3% beers. Least hops ever, want to get more of the lager yeast character through in the finished beer. Will sample after ferm to see of it needs dry hopped.

All went very smoothly on brew day. All fine for Pitch as well. 6 days in it is as 5.3 (1.012) very intense yeast character but good. Ended up cold crashing for 3 days.
