New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale Clone. Source: homebrewsupply.com kit. Adjusted hops to get within style range (originally 20 IBU). Fat Tire is typically a 5.2% ABV. Using a higher attenuation yeast to kick that up a tad. Added a small amount of honey to help the ABV and to help balance the slight bittering increase. 1603, 1604, 10549, 10555, 4768, 10557
