This had too much zest in it, and I originally thought to cut it in half - but the zest also left a bit too much in the mouth. Time past and I was able to cold condition some of the bottles (42F fridge for 2+ weeks) and the flavor and clarity really changed for the better! The harshness of the zest went away, but the flavor of lemon is there. I might still cut back the amount by 1/3 , but I like the clarity and flavor profile much better now. Cold condition it.
