hit mash low at about 147.5. added 2c boiling water after about 10 mins to raise to 149, then mashed for 60 minutes. fly sparged with 175 for about 40 minutes. left in primary for 3 full weeks. no secondary. started fermentation at around 65-68F. But after first seval days or perhaps the first week or so, temps rose (due to heat wave and broken AC at end of fermentation) to average temps in low 70s even in the basement.Ended about 6.1 ABV with adjusted FG at around 1.005/6.
