Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains in 4.4 l at 65.5 c for 90 minutes
2.
Spare with 7.2 l of water at 75.5 for 10 minutes
3.
Top with water to 10 l and boil for 60 minutes with hop additions
4.
Cool to 24c and add to fermenter, add DRE top with water to 23 l
5.
Pitch and oxygenate yeast
6.
Dry hop after 7 days, bottle in another 7 days
