Notes:

Not spectacular like I was hoping. However, this is like a really good SN Pale Ale with more hop aroma. I expected more from the dry hopping, but I think we packed the hops too tight in the hop bag. Still; light, refreshing, good flavor with med - light mouthfeel. Light - med hop aroma. Next time use Vermont Ale Yeast, loosen hop bag, delete Biscuit Malt, 0.25 lb Carafoam, add 0.5 lb Caramel 10L and 0.5 lb of Munich 20L. Loves dem hops!

Notes:

Not stellar like I was hoping for but quite good. Hops aroma was fruity and more like an IPA, but IBU's and alcohol more like a pale ale. Nice white-ish head that goes fairly quick but lingering lacing. Balanced, but something in the malts or yeast give slight cloying effect on flavor. Next time: no carafoam, use 1/2 lb of Caramel 10 and Caramel 40 instead of 60.
