A very light lager looking ale using the yeast washed from 'Lick Your Bitter Lips'. Originally left in primary for 13 days and then bottle conditioned. Clear after 7 days, sampled after 9. A really good, easy drinking beer that I will brew again, only next time I would do a secondary fermentation and dry hop.

Notes:

Floral smell but not intense. Taste starts as a dry biscuity flavour then has a very clean finish as you'd expect from a low temp. mash. Really nice, very easy to drink.
