First time brewing: used homegrown 1st year cascades (since mystery wasn't ready) and Chinook. Will use as benchmark taste test for using same recipe, but swapping fresh cascade for fresh 'mystery hops' next year. Also used what few centennial cones i got year 1 (with Tim's 1 oz wet Chinook).Hit mash high at 158. Cooled down to 156 after 10 mins then closed up and held for 50 mins.used all fresh picked (wet) hops according to the following schedule:about 1.75 oz cascade at 601.75 0z cascade ...
